Quang Ninh Enters a New Growth Chapter, Amata City Ha Long Expands Its Industrial Ecosystem with Three New Investors

In celebration of Quang Ninh’s advancement toward becoming a centrally governed city, on the afternoon of August 26, the province held a conference to present investment policy approval decisions, investment registration certificates, and decisions on the establishment of industrial clusters for 16 projects.

Among the projects receiving investment registration certificates, three will be located at Amata City Ha Long (Song Khoai Industrial Park), covering the sectors of machinery manufacturing, electronic components, and ready-built factory development. These projects include Topping Vietnam Industrial Co., LTD; Trois SMT (Vietnam) Technology Co., LTD; and Indochina Kajima (UK) Co., Ltd., with total registered investment capital of USD 64 million over an area of 11.9 hectares.

This event serves as a clear testament to the confidence that international investors place in Amata’s infrastructure and services, as well as in Quang Ninh’s development potential. The arrival of new projects applying advanced and environmentally friendly technologies not only enriches Amata’s industrial ecosystem but also contributes to increasing industrial production value and creating more high-quality employment opportunities for the local workforce.

To date, Amata City Ha Long has successfully attracted 26 FDI projects, representing total registered investment capital of more than USD 3.3 billion. Of these projects, 14 are fully operational, 8 are currently under construction, and the remaining projects are completing legal procedures ahead of deployment.

Quang Ninh’s journey toward becoming a centrally governed city reflects its consistent investment in integrated transport infrastructure, administrative reform, and a strategy to attract green and sustainable investment.
