AMATA City Phu Tho Joint Stock Company and Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited – Vietnam Branches have officially signed a Credit Facility Agreement on 09th September 2026, securing a strategic financing partnership in the development of AMATA City Phu Tho. The financing arrangement provides a loan facility of up to VND 1,443.8 billion (equivalent to USD 55 million).
The agreement was signed by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director of AMATA City Phu Tho, and Ms. Siriporn Kunwedsuwan, Branch Manager of Bangkok Bank – Hanoi Branch. Held in the presence of representatives from both parties, the signing ceremony marks a key milestone in advancing the strategic partnership between AMATA City Phu Tho and Bangkok Bank and supporting the successful development of the project.
According to the agreement, the financing facility will support the implementation of Phase 1 of AMATA City Phu Tho through the funding of land acquisition, compensation, site development, and core utility infrastructure. Beyond facilitating project delivery, the partnership contributes to the creation of a modern industrial ecosystem that will enhance regional competitiveness, attract quality investment, and support sustainable economic growth, further positioning AMATA City Phu Tho as one of Northern Vietnam’s premier industrial destinations.
