Workplace: Amata City Ha Long JSC: Song Khoai IP, Hiep Hoa Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
Scope of work: Operate, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical problems for the electrical system in the industrial park (at Quang Ninh) to ensure the safe, continuous, and efficient operation of the power supply system:
1. Operation:
– Develop, review operation procedure base on goverment regulation & OEM manual.
– Coordinate with oursoucing team to perform the daily operation activities on the 110/22KV Substation, supervise the daily operation, equipment routine checking to make sure the regulation, procedure compliance of operation activities.
– Coordinate with outsourcing team to grasp the EVN communicated information, dispatch order to to ensure the operation coordinated procedure between 110KV and EVN (A1, B5) is complied.
– Daily supervise to ensure Substation equipment parameter within the operating window, power quantity & quality to customers.
– Close communicate with 22KV Distribution engineer to clear understand power supply situation and customer’s demand and make the operation plan accordingly.
– Make the power demand to registe to EVN as regulation.
– Develop the fault scenarios of equipment in Substation and prepare the instructions how to response to isolate fault point, recover the power to industrial park.
– For the new project (Transformer): support, consult with project team to the design, construction phase to comply with regulation and increase reliability and safety of system coordinate to implement the commisioning system, metering installation, relay coordination to ensure that satisfy technical requirement to put system into service, monitor new system and and raise the guanrantee issue if any.
– Research and propose improvements on equipment and systems, operation mode to ensure reliable operation of the power system.
2. Maintenance:
– Make and implement the preventive maintenance, statutory maintenance, inspection plan (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) to increase the reliability, minimize breakdown, interrupted power supply to customers.
– Close coordinate with EVN to grasp EVN’s schedule and Industrial Park’s power consumption schedule to register with EVN and make maintenance plan accordingly.
– For beakdown maintenance: coordinate with superior, outsourcing team, customer to troubleshoot, recover power supply to customer, Roots cause analysis, action plan to improve power supply reliability & safety. (Phone contact continuously 24/24, ready go to site if required).
– Supervise and manage routine, unroutine maintenance activities: coordinate with contractors and parties effectively to perform maintenance work ensure the quantity, progress, quality comply the regulation, safety, prepare the report documents as required.
– Sites supervise and give instruction to workers on maintenance work with safety measures.
– Make the plan, purchase, and manage tools and spare parts.
– Comply the EVN and safety regulations.
– Other tasks assigned by Electricity Manager.
– Graduated Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education (Electrical/ Industrial Engineering/Power System).
– At least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of 110KV Substation, deeply understanding both the power equipment and control, measurement & protection circuit (Transformer substation, switchgear, protection relay, AC&DC system, …).
– Grasp the national power regulatory dispatch, national power network troubleshooting procedure and related regulation, circulars in operation, maintenance, connection agreement, power purchase agreement, mertering system of 110kV/22vV Substation.
– Understand the government, EVN safety regulations, be able to assess risks and set up safety measures in power system maintenance and repair regarding 110KV Substation.
– Certification of 110KV Substation operation (A1) is preferable.
– Knowledge/experience in site supervision, commissioning of 110KV Substation will be preferable.
– Have a spirit of learning and high responsibility in work.
– Able to work independently or in a team.
– Good English skills for work (understand vendor manual, communication and report), MS. Office
– Priority to local candidates (living in Quang Ninh, Thuy Nguyen, nearby the Amata Industrial Park)
