Workplace: Dong Nai Province (Bien Hoa, Long Thanh).

Working Time: 8:00 – 16:30, Mon – Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).

Shuttle bus from HCMC: Nguyen Van Troi Street, near Dien Bien Phu crossroads and Thu Duc crossroads.
– Be responsible for all payable transactions, cash payment, cash advance and reimbursement;
– Follow up transactions cash in banks including all bank accounts to make report monthly and input bank journals into accounting system;
– Make declaration of Taxes and prepare tax payment orders;
– Statistic and store systematically all supporting documents as well as original contracts of suppliers and clients;
– Support Chief Accountant to prepare the financial statement by quarterly, yearly for auditing purpose;
– Other tasks are assigned by Chief Accountant.
– Graduated Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Auditing (Rank: Good above).
– From 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing.
– Knowledge on Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Tax Policy.
– Good English skills (both communication and written) and Ms. Office for work.
– Having knowledge, experience in Oracle System, IFRS, real estate or FDI company is an advantage.
