On the morning of September 14, 2023, the knowledge update seminar “Restructuring Cost Structure for Business Development” co-organized by AMATA Bien Hoa Industrial Park, Smart Train, and the Đồng Nai Industrial Park Management Board (DIZA) with the support of BIDV Bank – Dong Nai Branch and BIDV – SuMi TRUST Company, was successfully held at AMATA Bien Hoa Industrial Park.
The seminar attracted nearly 150 attendees, including members of boards of directors, management boards, chief financial officers, chief accountants, heads/deputy heads of departments, and specialists from finance and accounting departments of companies within the Industrial Park.
With insightful and concise presentations from the speakers, the seminar provided participants with in-depth knowledge on restructuring cost structures for businesses, including:
- Identifying the current cost structure of a company and recognizing wasteful expenses that need to be streamlined.
- Assessing the alignment of the cost structure with the current business strategy.
- Analyzing and making decisions in cost management for various practical situations.
The seminar also helped attendees address practical questions to improve their cost management practices within their companies.
