More than 250 participants from the industrial property and real estate market and related agencies gathered to listen to speeches delivered by industry professionals and experts. Vietnam will likely remain one of the best investment destinations for industrial real estate in Southeast Asia for the next decade. At the forum, trends were discussed in three sessions: smoothing the path for capital inflows, expanding supply and issues related to logistics and supply chain operations and creating the right ecosystem for industrial parks. As one of the main sponsor of this event, Amata Vietnam’s Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Somhatai Panichewa delivered a speech about Amata’s strategy towards a Smart City and sustainable developments. Amata operates three industrial parks in key locations both North and South and will develop new projects in the near future. Mrs. Somhatai also expressed gratitude for Vietnam’s commitment on achieving the target of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 at #COP26. The forum was co-organized by Vietnam Investment Review and BW Industrial JSC under the auspice of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
