DONG NAI CITY | On April 17, 2026, Amata Bien Hoa successfully co-organized a seminar in collaboration with VinaCapital, Capital Law, Viettel Group, and BIDV Dong Nai. The event, titled “E-Labor Contracts and New Solutions for Employee Benefits,” brought together industry experts and business leaders to share practical insights and updated knowledge with enterprises both within and beyond Amata Industrial Park.
The seminar attracted more than 190 registrations from various enterprises, along with nearly 50 additional participants who joined via Zoom. Attendees primarily included senior executives, department heads, team leaders, and HR professionals.
Through the program, participants gained valuable insight into innovative employee benefit solutions, such as retirement schemes designed to attract and retain talent, as well as the latest regulations governing electronic labor contracts and advanced software applications supporting their effective implementation.
