
Amata VN PCL held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) via electronic (E-AGM) at the Kromadit Building in Bangkok. Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting, joined by Mrs. Somhatai Panichewa, Director and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Board of Directors and company executives.

During the meeting, the company presented its 2024 performance, which reflected strong growth potential across multiple projects in Vietnam, particularly in industrial estate development, utility services, and renewable energy initiatives. The company also outlined its 2025 business plan, emphasizing sustainable development in all dimensions—economic, environmental, and social.

As Amata VN marks its 30th anniversary of operations in Vietnam, the company continues to affirm its role as a regional leader in infrastructure and industrial estate development, reinforcing its commitment to long-term sustainable growth in economic, social, and environmental aspects.
