In the last months of the year, AMATA industrial park projects from Dong Nai to Quang Ninh continuously received good news from multinational investors such as Japan, China, Taiwan… In the same day, May 5. In the morning, at the office of Quang Yen town’s People Committee, General Director of AMATA City Ha Long – Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan and Mr. Chang Tsung Cheng – General Director of RENLI VIETNAM Industry Co., Ltd. officially signed the land sublease agreement in the witness of representatives of Quang Yen town: Chairman of Quang Yen Town’s People Committee – Mr. Tran Duc Thang; and Vice-Chairman of Quang Yen Town’s People Committee – Mr. Le Manh Tuyen and Mr. Nguyen Van Bac. On an area of ​​2.9 hectares, the project with total investment capital of 15 million USD is planning to kick off construction right in the last months of 2023. RENLI Vietnam specializes in metal forging and manufacturing of plastic products, expected to create 600 jobs and eager to start operation from the end of 2024 – early 2025. So far, AMATA City Ha Long – Song Khoai Industrial Park has received more than 1.5 billion FDI capital on an area of ​​over 80 hectares, considering as one of the typical bright spots in attracting industrial investment to Quang Ninh province.

On the same afternoon, at the office of Dong Nai Provincial Industrial Park Management Board (DIZA), Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province – Madam Nguyen Thi Hoang; Head of Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority – Mr. Nguyen Tri Phuong; Head of Foreign Economic Relations Department, Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment – Madam Phan Thi Khanh Phuong and related departments happily welcomed new investors to Dong Nai and officially awarded the Investment Registration Certificate for KingFa (China) and Wave Crest (Japan) into Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park.  By total capital of 80 million USD, Kingfa Science and Technology (Vietnam) with the base of high-tech research and production of new generation materials among the top Fortune 500 Chinese enterprises is confident in the execution of upcoming factory on 14 hectares at AMATA City Long Thanh. Meanwhile, Wave Crest Vietnam Co., Ltd. with a capital of 10 million USD will specialize in the production of electronic circuit boards and electrical cables for electronic products, promising to contribute to further development of the supply chain of supporting industries. Both projects are highly appreciated as consistent with the new generation industrial orientation, high automation as well as contributing to improving the quality of local labor resources with expected jobs creating about 1,000 in the near future.
