DONG NAI CITYOn the morning of June 2 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of QBB ASIA’s factory project officially took place at Amata City Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, marking a significant milestone in the park’s ongoing growth and its appeal to international investors. The event was graced by representatives of Amata, including Mr. Ho Dang Duy Phuc – Deputy General Director of Amata City Long Thanh, Mr. Takamoto Abe – Head of Sales of Amata VN, and Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong – Sales Manager of Amata City Long Thanh, together with Mr. Miyake Hirokazu – Chairman of the Board of Rokko Butter Co., Ltd, senior executives of Rokko Butter Co., Ltd and QBB Asia, local authorities, and key partners.

The QBB Asia project covers 1.24 hectares. Construction commenced in Q2 2026, and the plant is expected to begin operations in the second quarter of 2027.

QBB Asia Company Limited is a subsidiary of Japan’s Rokko Butter Co., Ltd. Founded in November 2025 in Dong Nai, Vietnam, QBB Asia serves as a major manufacturing and sales hub for the region. The company produces premium Q・B・B brand cheese desserts and dairy products, bringing Japan’s top-selling cheese products to Southeast Asia. The new Long Thanh facility will process and package both processed cheese and shredded natural cheese, ensuring the highest standards of Japanese dairy production.

The establishment of QBB Asia’s plant in Dong Nai represents a significant contribution to the province’s role as a regional distribution hub. The project is expected to deliver premium Japanese cheese products to local and regional consumers, while also creating new employment opportunities, strengthening the supply chain ecosystem, and enhancing the province’s attractiveness to foreign direct investment.

The groundbreaking ceremony not only marks the start of construction but also underscores the strong partnership between international investors and Amata as a trusted industrial developer. Together, QBB Asia and Amata are paving the way for continued prosperity in Dong Nai Province.
