On the morning of July 30, 2026, Amata City Ha Long Joint Stock Company and TianJian Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a Land Use Right Sublease Agreement for the investment of a new factory manufacturing speaker enclosures, plastic components and molds within Amata City Ha Long (Song Khoai Industrial Park).
The project officially received Investment Registration Certificate in March, 2026, covering a total area of 1 hectare with a total investment of $8 million. Construction and equipment installation are scheduled for completion by Q2/2027, with full operational status targeted for Q3/2027.
Established in 2018 across nearly 687 hectares, Amata City Ha Long has established itself as one of Quang Ninh province’s premier FDI destinations. To date, the industrial park has attracted 24 FDI tenants with total capital over $3.3 billion USD, primarily focused on high-tech manufacturing, electronics, and supporting industries.
TianJian Vietnam’s investment is expected to strengthen supply chain network at Song Khoai Industrial Park, while reinforcing Amata City Halong’s position as a strategic destination for high-tech investors in northern Vietnam, contributing actively to local socio-economic development of Quang Ninh province.
