1. Government Affairs: Network with local authorities to support for company and customers’s business
2. Relationship Management: Plan activities for customers/stakeholders (recruiting support, HR Committee, VIP club events, seminars, networking events
3. CSR Activities: Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives.
4. Customer Service Management:
– Update necessary information from authorities to customers
– Interact and address customer needs.
– Support satisfaction surveys related to customers and local communities
– Manage customer database.
5. Administrative Works: Contribute to smooth operations.
- B.A. degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, foreign economic relations or related field
- Experience of networking with authorities/customers/stakeholders
- Experience of organizing events (company will provide learning course if necessary)
- Intermediated English skill (including reading & writing email)
- Other language: Optional (chinese, korean, japanese if possible)
- Can train for candidate who has less experience.
** Workplace: Amata City Ha Long JSC: Song Khoai IP, Song Khoai Commune, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.
** Working Time: 8:00 – 16:30, Mon – Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
** Shuttle bus: Ha Long, Hai Phong, Medical Center Quang Yen Town.
