JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greeting, welcoming, guiding guests/visitors and notifying responsible people in a warm and friendly manner.
- Receiving dispatch and mailer and delivering to related departments or people; typing, scanning, and filing the document-in promptly and as requested. (upon readiness of office)
- Following up the meeting room booking system and arranging rooms accordingly.
- Controlling and coordinating maids to keep clean & tidy: Office areas, meeting rooms and corridors including WC; Kitchen and canteen areas.
- Arranging couriers, sorting & distributing post and monthly postage accountability.
- Serving lunch and beverages on requested cases.
- Supporting services such as tea break, seminar, event, ….in the Company.
- Asset management, related tools and equipment.
- Other jobs assigned by Admin Supervisor/ Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Experience as an Admin or Receptionist or in related field is an advantage.
- Can communicate in English and use computer/ Ms. Office, office machine.
- Skill: time management, teamwork.
- Good looking, friendly, hardworking & honest.
- Must make up and nice dress up when working, height is about 1m6 – 1m7.
- Prefer candidates living in Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Bien Hoa.
