DONG NAI CITY – On the morning of May 28, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing of JEIL CONSTRUCTION were officially held at Amata City Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, marking a significant milestone in the park’s continued growth and international investment appeal. The event was attended by representatives of Amata, local authorities, senior executives, and key partners of JEIL Construction, who witnessed both the commencement of construction and the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement.

The JEIL project spans more than 4 hectares with a total investment capital of USD 41.3 million. Designed to specialize in factory and warehouse leasing, notably with up to 70% of the warehouse area planned for cold storage. The facility is expected to begin operations in the second quarter of 2027. This investment underscores the growing demand for modern logistics and industrial infrastructure in Dong Nai City.

This project marks JEIL Construction’s second major milestone in Vietnam, building on the success of its first overseas development, the “JEIL Haiphong Nam Dinh Vu Complex Logistics Center,” which has been successfully operating since January 2026 with VinFast – Vietnam’s global electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer – as its anchor tenant. Capitalizing on this proven business model, the Dong Nai project is also co-invested by Korea Investment Real Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset manager of the Smart City (S) Fund, which is part of the PIS (Plant, Infrastructure, and Smart City) Fund (Phase 1) established by Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to support overseas investment and development. Additionally, KIND newly participated as a co-investor after supporting the initial feasibility study.

Once operational, the project is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities, contribute to the local economy, and address the increasing demand for logistics and storage services in the region. This development aligns with Dong Nai’s vision of becoming a hub for high-tech industries and modern supply chain solutions.

Furthermore, during the project’s groundbreaking ceremony, three key partners – Amata City Long Thanh (ACLT), JEIL, and KIRA – formalized their cooperation through the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) at Amata City Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park. Under these agreements, all partners shall focus on cooperation relating to investment promotion into Amata City Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, expecting to accelerate further development of the park’s businesses and attract more FDI investors to Dong Nai City, Long Thanh in particular.
