JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope of Work:

Responsible for managing land-related activities, including land acquisition, compensation, cadastral surveying, boundary control, and completion of legal documentation. Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure legal compliance and timely site handover for project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support procedures related to land compensation, land acquisition, and land leasing in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Prepare, maintain, monitor processing progress, and manage all related documentation, including compensation decisions, Land Use Rights Certificates, and payment records.

  • Conduct or supervise surveys, measurements, preparation, and verification of cadastral maps and current land status maps; ensure the accuracy of drawings and survey data in coordination with consulting units.

  • Carry out boundary marker installation, land boundary identification, land subdivision or consolidation in accordance with approved planning; inspect and confirm boundaries before and after handover to customers.

  • Prepare technical documents to support land subdivision and land handover processes.

  • Monitor land use status, identify and handle cases of encroachment or improper land use.

  • Closely coordinate with competent state authorities to process documents and resolve arising issues, including land-related disputes and complaints.

  • Update and manage cadastral databases and the project’s digital mapping system; prepare periodic reports on site clearance progress and land management activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Land Management or other related fields.

  • At least 1 year of experience in related positions. Candidates with working experience and good relationships with relevant authorities are preferred.

  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and other related technical software.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to communicate and work in English is an advantage.
