JOB DESCRIPTION

* Scope of Work (Summary): Conduct land acquisition for Amata projects.

* Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Determine coordinates, landmarks, boundary projects according to the land lease decision; Make plans to inspect, restore, and protect boundary landmarks.
  • Survey the construction site; Place landmarks, locate the axis center, elevation.
  • Overlay cadastral maps, planning maps, divide land plots on planning maps as required; Coordinate with competent authorities to complete the cadastral map of the land.
  • Make a map of the land location, determine the location of the land plot on the map and in the field, check the technical documents of the land plot, hand over the land to the customer.
  • Participate in land recovery, construction supervision, and labor safety control.
  • Update maps of recovery, compensation, land lease, and land sublease.
  • Other tasks assigned by Superiors.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience & Skills/Competencies

  • Graduated from university or college with a major in construction surveying.
  • Priority is given to those with experience working at the Project Management Boards of investors or consulting supervisors, or having done general surveying of industrial parks and urban areas.
  • Good at field work as well as office work and willing to work overtime.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and specialized software for work.
  • Know how to use office software (Ms. Office)
  • Priority is given to those who can communicate or read documents in English (TOEIC 500).
  • Priority is given to candidates living in Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Bien Hoa and neighboring areas.
