Recently, AMATA VN participated in the 9th Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong and co-organized the Investment Promotion Conference in Osaka and Aichi (Japan).
As one of Vietnam’s leading real estate developers, Amata always proactively seeks and promotes cooperation opportunities with international enterprises. During the third quarter of 2024, Amata has implemented many investment promotion activities to share experiences and boost potential business opportunities in the upcoming time.
On September 11 and September 12, 2024, the 9th Belt and Road Summit themed “Building a Connected, Innovative and Green Belt and Road” took place with the participation of nearly 6,000 delegates representing governments, corporations, and leading enterprises from 70 countries and economies.
During the two-day event, AMATA deployed an exhibition area to introduce their projects in 4 countries: Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam. Representing Amata VN PCL, Mr. Yasuo Tsutsui – Head of Sales and Ms. Le Ngoc Tram – Sales Director – Amata City Ha Long attended the event to promote AMATA Ha Long and AMATA Long Thanh.
In September 2024, Amata City Ha Long coordinated with Maruberi Corporation to organize two investment promotion conferences in Osaka and Aichi (Japan). Attending the conference were Mr. Le Trinh Ha – Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka, and more than 200 delegates from business associations, consulting agencies, construction and financial enterprises.
Amata was honored to introduce the development potential of Amata VN projects and connect to enterprises in Japan. Furthermore, Amata also received an invitation from the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka to coordinate and promote upcoming trade promotion activities.
After 30 years of building and developing industrial real estate in Vietnam, Amata has developed 4 Industrial Park projects from the North to the South of Vietnam. Boasting 3,000 hectares of land with a total investment capital of more than 6 billion USD, Amata has created more than 60,000 jobs and made significant contributions to the local economy.

Among these projects, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park (Amata City Long Thanh) and Song Khoai Industrial Park (Amata City Ha Long) are the key industrial parks in Dong Nai and Quang Ninh. While Amata Long Thanh, with its strategic location as a gateway for international trade activities, Amata Ha Long attracts international customers with attractive tax incentives of economic zone.
