JOB DESCRIPTION

* Scope of Work (Summary): Conduct land acquisition for Amata projects.

* Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Consultants and Authorities to make cadastral maps, technical plots, land plot information; set landmark project boundaries, conduct site surveys for issuing Land withdrawal notices.
  2. Collaborate with Consultants and Authorities to conduct land measurement and statistics, assets; make land origin documents for calculating compensation plans.
  3. Collaborate with Authorities to compile documents for the issuance of Land compensation and withdrawal decisions.
  4. Collaborate with Authorities to execute payments for Landowners following Land compensation and withdrawal decisions.
  5. Collaborate with Authorities to take over land.
  6. Collaborate with Authorities to get confirmation of land compensation completion.
  7. Overlap the planning on the cadastral map for the signing of land lease contracts.
  8. Settlement payment with the Authority.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience & Skills/Competencies

– Bachelor’s Degree (Priority for land management).

– Hard work and honest.

– Planning skill.

– Basic knowledge of project master planning.

– Priority for 1 year working experience in Land management.

+ Language Proficiency: English communication

Other language: Non

Technical/Behavior Competencies (3-5):

Good communication skills, external relations (required).

Can use AutoCAD or Micro station.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
